Holiday Discount Request

Are you going on holidays?
Complete this form to access a guaranteed $25 discount off your childcare fees for up to four weeks of care per financial year. This form must be completed at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the requested absence dates.

Eligibility Criteria
Families who meet the following eligibility criteria will be eligible for a guaranteed $25 discount off their childcare fees (applied before CCS):

• • Written notice must be provided at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of the absence via a completed Holiday Discount Request Form;
  • This discount is available for up to four weeks of care per financial year (based on the child’s normal enrolment days at the time of application – e.g. 1 day per week attendance equals 4 holiday days);
  • This discount is only available in week blocks based on the child’s normal enrolment days  (within a Monday to Friday based weekly block) (e.g. one day of absence is considered a weeks absence for a child enrolled for only one day per week);
  • Families must be up to date with their fee payments (both at the request date and at the end of the week prior to the leave date(s)) to be eligible; and
  • A family is not entitled to any Holiday Discount in conjunction with any other discount or rebate offered by Little Miracles.

Terms and Conditions 
No discount will be applied without a form being completed by the parent / guardian. Discounts will not be backdated under any circumstances. No cash benefits or returns will be provided under any circumstances. Applicants must remain compliant with all terms of enrolment and Little Miracles policies and procedures (e.g. Little Miracles Fees Policy and Social Covenant) at all times. This includes ensuring childcare fees are paid two weeks in advance at all times. If an  account is not kept up to date, or the parent / guardian is non-compliant with Little Miracles policies and procedures, then Little Miracles reserves the right to discontinue the holiday discount.
