Our Approach

At Little Miracles, we have been refining our programs and routines throughout our 20 years of operation.

We take pride in blending nurturing care with a strong focus on education and creating a supportive environment for all ages.

Starting with our youngest babies, we emphasize a warm and loving atmosphere that encourages exploration and sensory experiences, fostering their innate curiosity, while closely following home routines to provide consistency and comfort.

As children move throughout age group rooms, they will experience an award-winning educational program that focuses on growing the child holistically. This holistic approach not only supports developmental milestones but also instils a lifelong love for learning, ensuring that every child feels valued and prepared for the future.

Individual routines for 0-2 at Little Miracles

Starting care can be an emotional time for both babies and parents. To ease this transition, we offer a dedicated orientation process and work closely with families to maintain home routines in our 0-2 years room.

Consistent and predictable routines for 2-5yrs

Consistent routines help reduce stress, ensuring children feel safe, secure and happy. Our routines are carefully balanced, to ensure there is plenty of free choice and uninterrupted playtime whilst also providing planned gathered group experiences where children can explore deeper learning with their peers and educators.

Kinderloop: Real-time access to your child’s educational and routine information.

For your peace of mind while your child is in care at Little Miracles, we use a secure app called Kinderloop. Kinderloop provides updates on your child’s meals, bottles, rest, and toileting. You will also receive updates on your child education via ‘learning stories’ and daily ‘learning experiences’.

Loving Literacy Approach

At Little Miracles, we proudly implement our Loving Literacy Approach.

Our Loving Literacy approach is a holistic method that engages children in early literacy experiences through play and interaction. This approach, developed over years of experience and grounded in evidence-based research, nurtures a love for communication in our educators, families, and children. We view literacy as emergent, starting at birth, and developed through experiences with speaking, listening, songs, drama, early writing, and carefully designed games that enhance Phonological awareness.

“Reading forms the foundation of all subjects in school. By focusing on pre reading and reading skills, we set children up for a confident and successful start to their learning journey and a strong first year at school”
