“Little Miracles at Terrigal has a wonderful school readiness and early literacy program. I’ll admit we were happy the centre actively encouraged reading and gifted books every month as avid readers ourselves, but really saw the outcome of the time the centre puts into their educational objectives when it came to fruition for our son after his first year at school. Thankyou Stacey and Little Miracles Terrigal for taking such an active involvement in our Little Miracle, and ensuring our children are confident, capable learners. We can’t wait to see how the journey continues.”

“We couldn’t recommend this place enough. My son has started coming here two months ago. With English being his second language, both the admin team and the staff working in the Little Angels room couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with helping him transition to the new environment, language and community. We feel supported, connected, get plenty of verbal and app updates about what activities are happening throughout the day. The team is highly professional, but what makes me feel content about leaving my son there is seeing how much they care and put thought into making every child supported and cared for in their individual needs. The staff have always been delightful and very supportive and eager to assist and collaborate with us, particularly in regard to care for our eldest with autism. They have been willing to collaborate with my sons allied health team to support him in the childcare environment. “My son has had such a warm welcome from the caring staff at Little Miracles. They have been attentive and nurturing and have tried their best to always do what I request for him. As handovers can produce big feelings, I was concerned that he wouldn’t settle but seeing the carers comfort and cuddle him when I leave and seeing all the updates through the app, I feel so at ease. He has such fun there and learns so much. The anxiety I feel leaving him is lessened so much when I can see all this information about what he’s eaten and how much and when, as well as when he sleeps and wakes up. I love the photo updates too, I know he’s having a fun time and learning new social and life skills, even literacy skills at such a young age. I’m really grateful for how they have learnt his interests and heritage and weave that into their curriculum. Overall, I highly recommend Little Miracles Terrigal. Couldn’t be happier.”

“When sending my daughter to care at just 6 months old I felt so many emotions, and hated the thought of being without her while I needed to go back to work. But from day one at Little Miracles Point Clare she received so much love and was cared for in every way we could have hoped for. All of the educators took the time to really get to know her and love her, making the transition back to work for me and the beginning of her “school” life so much easier and actually wonderful. A year and a bit on and I don’t think we have had more then a handful of sad drop offs, it’s all smiles and excitement to see her teacher friends and children friends. The communication we received about her needs and development are always understanding of her as an individual, the educators truly know her and want to support her and us as a family. “I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Little Miracles Niagara Park. We have been part of the Little Miracles community for 2.5yrs now, and both my son and daughter attend multiple days. I love how every part of their day, included photos are communicated back to the parent via a convenient app. The daily routines and educational programs included give me complete confidence that my children are engaged and learning in a fun way and taking the first steps to be school ready. For me what far exceeds expectation is how every educator seems to know my kids names and routines, even though they look after different rooms, this shows how much care and love the eductors have for every child who attends. “The Niagara Park Little Miracles team are outstanding and deserve five stars! The educators have spent time building the most beautiful relationships with my daughter and she talks about them incessantly at home. My daughter isn’t an overly outgoing child and has moments of being quite shy and emotional but the staff respond to her in such a kind, compassionate manner that I know she feels incredibly safe with them. It is sometimes difficult to tailor your support and teaching strategies for individual children in order for them to feel a sense of belonging, connection and accomplishment, but the educators accomplish this wholeheartedly. Their warmth, nurturing natures and ability to always find a way to make my daughter feel included are just some of their many strengths. She is sometimes hesitant to participate and I consistently see the educators encouraging her to have a go. We still have some hard drop offs but the educators are always right there with a big smile and a new, fun distraction every morning without fail making me feel at ease knowing I’m leaving my daughter in the most capable and compassionate hands. I want to also make mention of the attention to detail the educators display at pick ups when they are able to tell me about the friendships she is forming, activities she enjoyed that day and any behaviours that might have needed intervention. The behaviour management strategies used in the daycare are always explained to me in depth which makes it easy for me to adopt these at home for consistency. One last shout out to the nominated supervisor there who never fails to welcome you into the centre with a smile. She is prompt at responding to any issues raised and always professional and respectful in her communication. I highly recommend reaching out to LM for a tour or discussion on care for your child, you will not be disappointed.”

“Everything about this centre is AMAZING! The staff all know your name, but more importantly, they all know and love your child no matter the age group they are working in. They have multiple rooms split for ages, so you can really foster age appropriate developmental growth of your little one. Their teach your toddler to read program is brilliant; even though some parents might not think this is imperative, it has been such a wonderful program for my little girl, delivered in such a way that the building blocks to phonics are introduced with fun songs, manipulative boards and even an iPad app if that’s your thing. They gift your child with books regularly, to encourage a love of reading. They have thorough and extensive programming to ensure your little one is busy and active throughout the day, as well as appropriate quiet times or sleep time opportunities. Food is provided and menus are awesome, and their communication with parents all throughout the day via an app, allows you to see what your little one is up to easily. Apart from all these wonderful things I have mentioned, and I could go on, it is well and truly the ethics and mannerisms of the wonderful staff there that have made this centre an amazing choice for us. They are always smiling, always happy, always inviting to the children and to the parents. They all work incredibly hard and as most know, early childhood educators are such an important aspect in child development in the first five years of a child’s life. We appreciate and value them, and they deserve it! I have no hesitation in leaving this review for this centre. I have not been been offered an incentive to do so, it is truly where my heart is at, and how grateful I am for their care of my little Miss. We recommend them, 100%.”

“Little Miracles Niagara Park is a great childcare centre. I have loved seeing my daughter flourish! Their literacy program from the baby room learning sounds and letters has been fun to watch setting the kids up for school and overall love of reading. With their gift of a book each month reiterates their love for children and their future learning and love of reading. The farm is also a winner on the days we have hard drop offs. The staff are accomodating and friendly. Emily is a great director to guide and support all families through the individual needs you have or that arise.”
